Please support the Livermore - Pleasanton Firefighters Foundation by participating in the Hook and Ladder Run.  This event draws people from all over the Bay Area and is the Firefighters Foundation’s main fundraiser.  The Foundation supports injured and fallen firefighters, the burn foundation and local charities here in the tri-valley. The event is a lot of fun with a 5K run/walk, 10K run and kids 1 mile fun run.  You can mail in registration, sign up on-line through www.onyourmarkevents.com they have a link to the active.com site or you can sign up the day of the event.  If you have any further question or need anything else from me just email or call.
