GHS Sport Physicals

All athletes must have a current physical to participate on the track team. Lifestyle RX will once again off inexpensive Sports Physicals for all GHS athletes.
When: Wed. January 18, 2012 6:00pm - 8:00pm
Where: LifestyleRX - Stanley Avenue, Livermore Cost: $30.00 Appointments are required. Please Call ValleyCare Sports Medicine at 925-373-4019 to schedule an appointment. Athletes’ parents should be present. You must bring your school paperwork with you. You can download it here.

NEW YEARS DAY - update

Due to a low anticipated attendance and low interest, we will not host a New Year’s Day Vault. We will plan future vault days to prepare for Summit.
If you are attending the Pole Vault Summit Read On....
Remember the Mandatory Summit Meeting Monday at 7:30pm Coach’s house (91 Marcia Court). There will be forms that need to be signed by athlete and parent, there will be carpool sign ups and other important information handed out.

TVA Merchandise

I will be ordering sweatshirts on Monday December 12. If you are interested in any TVA apparel (polo shirts, sweatshirts, caps, beanies, or spike bags), please try to order them by then. I do not guarantee I will put in another order before Summit, so if you want your items by then, be sure to order by Monday. Order forms can be found at: TVA Merchandise
You can drop order forms and payments in the box on the porch or mail to 91 Marcia Court, Livermore, Ca 94550. Make checks out to “Tri-Valley Athletics”  Remember:
TVA memberships for 2012 are due by December 31. Get these in early so that you can vault at our annual New Year’s Day Vault...We are planning on holding it again this year.
